User Guide
How the KR DJ Timetable works
This is the automated KR booking system. To add set times, your user group rank must be KR Radio DJ. KR Radio DJs add their set times here, while DJ names, genres, photos, bios and profile links come from the separate KR 2.0 DJ Profiles app. The timetable, live panels and sidebar block all use those profile details automatically.
Log in to manage DJ tools
1. Create your DJ profileUse the separate KR 2.0 DJ Profiles app to add your DJ name, genres, bio, profile photo and links. The timetable reads that profile automatically by your member account.
2. Add your show slotOnly members with the KR Radio DJ group rank can use Add Slot to book set times, title, description, genre, slot image, start/end time and whether cover is needed. KR Radio DJs can manage their own slots; staff can oversee the full schedule.
3. Choose the source typePick the badge that matches the show. Shoutcast / RadioVideo Live StreamsTwitch LiveAutoDJ This tells members where the live set will happen.
4. Live and up next panelsThe top cards are automatic. When the current time reaches a booked slot it becomes KR 2.0 LIVE. The next future booking appears as UP NEXT.
5. Radio connection and sidebarThe timetable shows the current KR AzuraCast/Icecast radio status, safe public listen links and the live/next sidebar feed. Approved DJs should use their private DJ username and password from the KR DJ Area.
6. Cover needed systemTick Cover Needed when a slot needs someone to step in. The cover panel highlights open slots so another approved DJ can claim them.
Automated flow: KR Radio DJ group rank → KR DJ Area for private connection details → KR 2.0 DJ Profiles app → Add DJ Slot / set time → Choose Radio, Video, Twitch or AutoDJ → Timetable shows the booking → Live/Up Next panels update → Sidebar block displays the active or next DJ profile for members and guests.
